Purchase Invoice and Contract approval
Very good. It really sorted out our issues with getting invoices approved efficiently with an out-sourced finance team and mostly contracted technical teams.

Simplicity
I've been using this app with Xero and it works really well. Setup was quick, and it makes my daily tasks much easier. It syncs smoothly and helps me stay on top of everything. Highly recommended!

Just started using ApprovalMax. I'm liking that I can enter all our invoices and then forward them for approval without having to wait for someone to sign each invoice individually.

Excellent Add On software for Xero
This product is easy to set up, user-friendly, and integrates seamlessly with Xero software. It is an excellent choice for incorporating the organisation's delegation limits and authorisations in the procurement process, enhancing the external audit process.
