Game changer
Very helpful and much easier to use and have preset discription and takes me minutes to do a quote and the new part I really like they have done is that they brought along a deposit amount that can be paid by the clients before booking in the job and has the ability to have clients sign and accept quotes
Only downfall I don’t like is that when a quote is accepted then it goes to our accounting software as half the amount not full amount and payment made we have to manually change the invoice

Small Business Review
This app does everything that I need to win work and ensure my client pay and on time. This app has been truly amazing and definitely worth the investment for sole traders/ small businesses. Big business would surely find this helpful as well. Also links up with Xero so well. Shame I don't see as much value in Xero basic plan for the same monthly fee as I do with Quotient.

Game Changer !!!
Quotient has given us a platform which allows us to stand out from the rest, it captures information on the front end and interlinks great with Xero, about all the customer service is amazing, no messing around trying to get in touch with a real person you get a person every time and if they are not able to assist you over the phone they will have it sorted as a priority - so we would give an additional 10 stars for customer service :)

Quotient is the bees knees
Quotent has been an integral part of our system for over 12 years. From day 1, we got excellent feedback from clients on the ease of use, and professional layout of quote. Over this time, Quotient has adapted and updated and yet still kept the same core excellent product in place.
Its seamless integration with Xero, excellent communication platform with clients and rich data history makes this a highly recommended asset.

Quotient is very streamlined. I love the ability to make each line item an option that the client can select or not. It seems to integrate well with Xero. The only hiccup I've noticed is when I go to convert an accepted estimate to an invoice, the date of the estimate gets pulled over into Xero. Gotta remember to update that so the invoice due date is correct.
Response from Quotient
Hi Alison, thank you for the lovely review 😃
For the Invoice Due Date: In your Xero Invoice Settings (in Quotient) you can set this, e.g. “7 days after the invoice date” or “20th of the following month” etc. Please reach out to us if you're still having trouble with this.

I don't know how we got by before Quotient. It was a mess of Word Templates, PDFs, and spreadsheets. If there was one thing that revolutionised our business the most, Quotient is it.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
