ApprovalMax integrates well with Xero and has significantly strengthened our approval controls and audit trail. The workflow structure is clear and works effectively once embedded across the team. However, reporting and search functionality are quite limited.
Overall, a solid product with strong controls, but there’s room to enhance usability and reporting.
