Quick and easy
My organisation, which is spread across Australasia, has found ApprovalMax quick and easy to use, to ensure that our processes to approve and manage invoicing occurs. It integrates seamlessly with our Xero processes, to enable quick processing of payments.

Good but not intuitive
AppMax is great once someone has set it up for you, but makin g tweaks and changes eg changing authorisers, adding extra's like "edit an invoice"...AppMax is not at all simple logical and self-intuitive.

Enhancing user access & procurement
Our staff actually enjoy using the Approval Max app! We find it relatively simple and efficient to use. It helps our processes in budgeting, procurement and monitoring, enormously.
