Fantastic App

Started using Deputy while we waited forever to get onboarding sorted with Employment Hero. Ended up absolutly loving Deputy as time tracking its sleek and fantastic. Very disaponted with EH on all levels. Now business 1 will stay with Deputy and soon we'll move 2nd business here too. 5*

The integration is impossible with deputy. waiting on customer service to call me and fix whatever is happening with the apps.

NOT good. Integration with xero never worked

Integration with xero never worked. Waste of time and money. Very difficult to get help from phillipine customer service via email (until it becomes really serious and someone from Australia steps in). The overseas customer service people work at different time zone and send email replies in the evening/ night time. Not sure why everyone is positive about deputy. Deputy cannot do more than just a very simple roster and tracking. If your company is more complicated than just a 9-5 staff and you need smooth payroll integration, I recommend that you choose a software that is more advanced than deputy.

Serves the purpose

Deputy Services the purpose of timesheet and allocation of shifts, creating locations and managing. However, in some areas, deputy lacks customization. For a staff of 45-60 for 3 locations, it charges an average of $450.00 and extra charges on texting.

Deputy Streamlines our Payroll

Deputy has been a huge bonus for our business admin, it makes rostering staff and onboarding so much easier than our older methods and processing wages is quick and easy with the Xero integration feature. Once we approve the hours submitted by the team, we simply click export to Xero before completing the process. This has cut our fortnightly payroll task time down by hours. We have no regrets about adding Deputy to our set of business management systems and would highly recommend it to others.
