Intuitive to a point, support poor
Setup was great, onboarding team first class. Actual support now very poor, and unable to help on basic questions - initally just send irrelevant knowledge base articles as they don't bother actually reading requests. Year 1 $4,400, year 2 $4,972. Quite big increases, for a low quality of service. Now looking at moving to another Zero compatible system.

Large yearly price increases, poor customer service
Since Dear was acquired by Cin7 prices have steadily increased and customer service has decreased.
Before the Cin7 acquisition customer service was prompt and helpful. Good luck now if you ever run into an issue!
For a business our size the main draw of Dear was the competitive price - $50USD a month when we started using it in 2015 with modest, reasonable, increases up until 2021 - when Cin7 arrived and the price doubled.
Now in 2024 they have over tripled our subscription price from where it was in 2023.
The product works well most of the time but I can no longer recommend it.

It's getting expensive
Cin7 (previously called Dear) keeps increasing its prices. I have never seen another SAAS business increase prices like this. I suspect it's because they were taken over by private equity. They offer zero customer loyalty. Customer service essentially does not exist. I've given 2 stars as the product does work. Just be prepared for ongoing price increase and pray you never need customer support.

Unethical price increases
Interesting that the review I left a couple of days ago has been taken down. Anyway, 13-15% price increases each year for the last three years, with no explanation or noticeable product/service improvement, is unacceptable. I will be going elsewhere and suggest you do too.
