RemitClear has been a great addition to our toolbox. We run a plumbing and heating business and matching invoices to payments was using up valuable time, particularly for one client, a housing association. Since working with Jacob and installing RemitClear the remittances are handled automatically, saving us time and energy which we can now focus toward growing the business.

RemitClear has really streamlined my day and taken a significant amount of manual work out of processing remittances. It runs quietly in the background, automatically matching and posting remittances without me having to constantly monitor it. One of the biggest benefits for me is knowing that it continues to work when I’m away from the office. I can come back after a day off or holiday and find that remittances have continued to be processed in my absence, rather than having a backlog waiting for me. It was straightforward to get set up, and Jacob has been incredibly responsive to feedback and happy to look at ways of adapting the system to suit how we work. It’s a simple idea that has made a surprisingly big difference to my working day – I’d definitely recommend it.

We distribute into most major NZ retailers, with remittances often containing hundreds of lines each. Matching them to our Xero invoices used to be a manual time consuming job. RemitClear reads them and matches them without us building a template or a rule for each customer. In our first month it's reconciled close to 1,300 invoices across eleven payers, saving a significant amount of time and effort. When we needed invoices posted at their pre-rebate value rather than net, that was built and live two days after I raised it.

We reconcile large multi-invoice remittances - often 100+ invoices at a time. In our first month RemitClear matched and posted over $1m of customer payments to Xero, without a single failed run. Our biggest remittance covered 130 invoices and posted as one batch payment, so there's one bank line to reconcile instead of 130. Reviewing a remittance now takes minutes instead of ticking off invoices line by line.

We're an SME, but we work with a number of universities that send through remittances. We would spend hours a month reconciling remittances, which while not very taxing requires a certain level of attention to not make mistakes. I was surprised that nothing like RemitClear was available, when solutions for paying invoices have been around for ages. The developer is also very receptive to suggestions and implements improvements quickly. We have been very happy so far.
