Great system and excellent support

QuickB2B has changed our business. We have been with John & Heather since the beginning - back in 2017. The system has evolved so much in that timeframe. We started off using a simple app for our customers to place their orders to avoid having to take phone orders, voicemails and faxes. We have evolved with QuickB2B and now the system is able to provide us with detailed reports, paperless picking with our scales linked to the system, customer order labels, paperless run sheets, and proof of delivery photos and receipts through QPOD. When we used to pick from paper, we used to pay a receptionist to manually input the weights of the produce for roughly 20 hours per week. Since moving to paperless picking, it has reduced our paper usage, and it has made my full-time receptionist redundant. I now only have a part-time receptionist which is perfect. This has enabled me to increase the number of employees I have in the warehouse and I now have a stronger warehouse team and can grow our business accordingly. The system has completely changed our lives for the better. Heather and John have been an integral part of evolving and streamlining our business through technology. Our customers have also loved using the app - it's the most simple to use, straight forward app on the market. I highly recommend.
