Poor

Very frustrating for a new business - when you are new paypal 'hoolld' payments for several weeks - integratioin with xero didn;t work, very dissapointed and will use another product

Poor Technical Support and Feed is Broken

Feed is not working and when I went to fix it I get an obtuse error that I don't know who it is from (Xero and Paypal). It just says "Sorry, something went wrong - an error occurred, but it could be temporary. Please start again to connect your bank to Xero." It's been like that for weeks. Trying to reach an actual person on this is impossible on both Paypal and Xero and this error is not something you can type in and "research". Hold my money

This company hold my money for 5 months, given me drama every time I rang or emailed them. They are useless and worst company, I will proceed with dispute tribunal and complaint to consumers department, I won’t use them again. I will ban them forever and not recommend everyone, AGAINST PAYPAL!!

Useless App & Services

Apparently our customer can't pay his invoice because a he needs a verification code. Which has been posted. Customer support is zero its like pulling blood from a stone trying to retrieve information. Still don't understand why. Wont use again.

Statements - Pay now Button

Please add the pay now button to the customer statements in addition to Invoices.

Horrible for business

Integration with paypal was fine. The issue arose when I tried to process payments through the Paypal here card reader. Trasnactions as low as $300 being declined. They had already held my first transaction that had been paid through the zero invoice for 21 days. Then they decided that I was limited on how much I could accept for each transaction and told me I had to fax them an invoice and prove that I was a business (my EIN apparently wasn't good enough) before they would approve me to lift my limitations! I don't have time to play games so I dropped them and will be using another form of payment software. Now I know why you always see Square or Clover at businesses and not PayPal
