Zero data integrity in connector

The product as a whole is reasonable, but seriously lacking in data integrity between it and other apps. Unwilling to admit that the connectors have issues or provide any substantive support around their product.

Slow Support

Our company has been using Deputy for the past 4 years. Unfortunately we cannot book any refresher trwing for our HR Team and are now considering moving our roster system to a new provider.

fees and updates

we've been running the software for sometime now, about 3 years - the latest issue is changing every feature to a subscription, this will increase our annual software cost for deputy by $576 AUD. A feature we didn't ask for, a cost we cant avoid without hassle. I don't have suggestions as to where to look for a new program but we are certainly looking.

This new and completely optional Deputy HR add-on provides you with improved tools, including Documents and Hire/ATS offerings. Rather than a one-time onboarding action, you will now be able to maintain and update ongoing documentation for your employees. Additionally, you can hire new talent via the Deputy Hire platform and have employees interview and onboard to start their first shift seamlessly. Due to the added functionality, we have adapted the pricing structure to reflect the 3-in-1 Deputy HR suite. We acknowledge that for some businesses, this optional feature could result in a monthly price increase compared to what you currently pay each month. Used to be good

Was great software 3 years ago but customer support isn't great anymore and the features aren't as good as they used to be. Scheduling was easy but not anymore.

Will take your money without recourse

Will deduct funds without justification despite indicating that this was not the intended process, and then taking no action to resolve it.

Deputy will take your money, and deny it. They will not try to help. Proceed with caution.
