Amazing customer service

I am new to A2X, but wanted to shout out the amazing customer service. From the demo, to onboarding and finally client set up I cannot fault the service. The speedy responses you get (especially to my unforgiving deadline on a Friday) are above and beyond!

Speedy subscription change query

I recently asked a question about timescales between upgrading and downgrading subscriptions to access full history. Not only was I surprised that there is no minimum timescale in downgrading following an upgrade, the response time was just a couple of minutes rather than the advised 20 minutes. A great example of under promise and over deliver. Thank you Lana.
