Keela + Xero
The Xero integration allows you to sync your Keela revenue and donation transactions to Xero, all from within the Keela platform. This integration was built to save you time and reduce errors that would normally be associated with traditional data transfer by imports and exports.
The integration will help you:
- Sync transactions quickly and seamlessly
- Reduce data entry and human error
- Get back to what matters most
How Keela Integrates with Xero:
- Sync transaction records from Keela to Xero
- Sync transaction fees for Stripe and PayPal payments made through Keela
- Segment your transactions based on Impact Area or Campaign
- Select the income and expense accounts
Getting started
Once you’ve created your Xero and Keela accounts, getting started is easy. First, you’ll need to navigate to Organization Settings in Keela. Select the Integrations tab and find Xero - click ‘Connect to Xero’. You’ll be redirected to sign in to your Xero account. Once you’ve selected the Xero account you’d like to connect to your Keela account, click ‘Allow Access’ to continue setting up your integration. You only need to do this step once.
Next, you’ll need to sync your account details. In the Integration Settings, click Actions and Sync Settings. If you do not yet have accounts in Xero that you’d like to send your Keela transactions to, you can easily create them in Xero using this tab.
