It's a one-purpose tool and it does not do its only job.
5.5 integration does not have any control sums, and you have to find their errors (like, sales not posted or posted twice) on your own. Then you report their errors to them and wait for days until they solve their tech problmes (it's not like fixing my data first and then sort out the faults of the product, oh no).
Would not recommend.

Colin at 5.5 was extremely helpful with any questions I had once the Revel Xero integration was set up. The integration works smoothly and the sales are really easy to reconcile. I highly recommend 5.5 - they deserve A+++ for their dedication and fantastic service.

I have worked with 5.5 for one year on a restaurant client of mine. They are very helpful and easy to get hold of when needed. They work well with Xero and makes life easy. I recommend them anytime.

I took over the bookkeeping from Carmon and have 2 integration probs in 18 months. Both were minor gl posting issues that were resolved in a day or so. Happy to recommend

5.5 is responsive, helpful and effective even during holiday periods! Colin and Pam were instrumental in giving good advice and pragmatic approaches to our Xero integration. The only wishlist for improvement would be advance review of the the Revel tax rates sync to Xero which sometimes creates automatic tax rates in Xero, creating sync confusion. Highly recommend the team!

With this being the first business we have run, using Revel by 5.5 has been a God send. The team are available for any queries you have, and have been amazingly supportive to our business.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
