Absolute gem for billing clients
ACH or credit card, recurring or one-off, even deposits and balances upon completion... Ignition is the only billing platform I've seen in our industry that truly handles all types of engagements. And their power-features around renewals, bulk price changes, and pricing insights... that makes the service more than worthwhile. There are plenty of options out there for collecting fees from your clients. But at our scale, we've seen and tested many and when it really matters and you're going to blast out hundreds and hundreds of engagements, Ignition is the app you want in your corner. Oh, and I don't know what these other people are talking about re: support. Our support guy is--no exaggeration--the BEST tech support contact I've had for any product in 20+ years in business. I keep telling his boss to give him a raise because he's amazing.

Very Satisfied with Ignition
We've been using Ignition for 5+ years now. We process all of our engagement letters and payments through them. We estimate that it saves us about a 1.5 full time people in time savings. Also we don't have any A/R because we collect all payments up front. The support is helpful and friendly when needed.

Terrible customer service
I had a client want to pay full years fees, invoiced on 23 Dec. By 26 Dec the Ignition app showed still collecting. I asked them to cancel. No support response for a day or two.
They completed the collection in that they took the money out of the client account.
Now the 3 Jan and still showing as "collecting" but client paid manually as we could not wait for their initial payment
Daily follow up with support to absolutely no response, this is not the first time. Great product TERRIBLE customer service, will be moving from them soon

Don't bother using! There are better options
Quickly move on & look at other options, don't waste your time with Practice Ignition. Their customer support is basically non-existent. They take days to respond, if they even respond. Have no phone number to call them, they refuse to call you, they say they will send an email but dont. They have access to your full Xero financials including your profit & loss, revenue, etc which is not needed to operate the app.

Game Changer
Ignition has been a game changer to our cashflow. It's helped us unlock hundreds of thousands from debtors. Automated workflow deployment has also been a bonus with less time spent on crappy admin and more time on what counts. P.s. Izzy Miller is a legend!
