The Amaka support team have been great, over the last couple of years the integration from Square online to Xero has broken a few times and the Amaka team have always got back to me and fixed it within 24hrs. Honestly the best customer support I have experienced in a long time. They are also easily contactable via phone, e-mail or online. They also check in a few days later and request to close the ticket, this is a rare gem of courtesy in an online support world that often closes tickets without a resolution. Please don't confuse them with the Square support team who are different, and quite honestly have never been able to resolve any issues!

I changed the settings on the Amaka integration between Xero and Square to not create sales transactions in Xero, and it would not work OK. Support were relentless at finding a solution until they did. Their people were excllent and helpful all the way. It's definitely 5 stars service. Thanks!
