Excellent Support Team
We've been a user of ApprovalMax for the past couple of years and besides it being a great app to use, I have to highly commend their support team. They're quick to respond and suggest solutions. More importantly they're open to listening and understand a user's feedback.

Super easy to use
Super easy to use, will be using it for purchase orders as well. Looking forward to the purchase order function to help make purchase orders more streamlined and good backup. A lot of emails though :)

Hi,
Is it possible for invoices raised in Xero and approved in Approvalmax to be automatically e-mailed to the customer? I am currently watching for the invoice to be approved before e-mailing. Would be similar to the way POs are raised in AM and automatically sent once approved.

Thanks for the 5 stars, Kerrie. Yes, you can automate invoice emails once they’re approved in ApprovalMax by using the Review Step to guide the approval process. Once pulled to ApprovalMax, you can populate the "email to customer" section when editing the request during the Review Step. Once the request is fully approved, the email will be sent to the customer automatically.
