Integration Support

Jam was great helping us to solve the issues when the integration stopped. All sorted in the hour. Amaka generally can be frustrating though as it can take a week or so to book a support time that is suitable if it can't be fixed via instructions over email. This isn't ideal when it's a time sensitive issue however, they've now expedited support calls twice for me when there's been a long delay. Definitely saves so much time reconciling manually between Xero and Square. Thank you.

Great support service and result

Ara quickly helped me solve an issue with payments. She was very helpful, professional, friendly and made every instruction easy to follow.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
