Makes it easy!
Ling was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue for me, and she made herself available straight away! I also received a transcript of our session which enables me to follow her advice in my own time. Thanks so much Ling!

Support Help
Had to contact support via chat for help on removing one of our connected accounts. Very helpful in getting it resolved, with instructions posted to the chat. Great support experience.

Got in touch with A2X Support, receive the responce almost instantly. My issue was resolved in a few minutes.

NORA WAS AN ABSOLUTE STAR AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL, IN GUIDING ME THROUGH THE PROCESS FROM INCEPTION TO CAPTURING AND RECONCILING ALL FACETS OF THE PLATFORM.

Great support provided
Our experience with A2X has been great with good support offered.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
