Zeller holding all of my funds

Zeller processed a simple invoice payment from my client. Then told me that my funds would take three months to pass to my account, no sufficient reason given. When I followed up aftter checking their terms and conditions, they responded that I would now not be receiving my funds at all. Incredibly bad service and unprofessional.

It's ok

I was not able to withdraw any cash as I was not told the entire story

Competitive payment service

My Xero subscription does not include invoicing, so I was pleased to find Zeller. Not only is their pricing competitive for payment services, their free invoice service is a perfect match for small businesses like Cahoots who are looking to keep fixed costs to an absolute minimum.

Keeps getting better and better

I switched to Zeller some time ago to take payments for my business, The Cheeky Project, after being frustrated with other payment services being unreliable and costly. Not only is the payment service worry free and works every time, the platform is constantly improving with new services and improvements being added regularly. I love the integration with Xero feature because takes the stress out of reconciling payment settlements. 10/10 would recommend to any business.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
