A huge shout out to Jacque for their recent support to diagnose, explain and resolve a (user-created) Shopify+Xero data flow stoppage. Jacque's timely responses, sound recommendations and easy-to-follow technical instruction made for efficient navigation of the process to complete a new integration, clear out previous data while not compromising historical reconciliations and then verify transactions restored through a historical sync. Amaka has taken the manual work out of our Shopify-to-Xero workflow, saving us hours of reconciliation every month and allowing us to focus on exceptions instead of data entry. Worked fine for months then suddenly its changed to Amaka. Xero say speak to Amaka. It doubles transactions, creates codes and does whatever it likes, none of which adds up.
