Support poor
Appears they have no interest in resolving the integrations issues with bigcommerce. Sync has failed on our account since the middle of October and they just keep stating they are working on it. If this was priority it would have been resolved by now. Now they advise just to cancel my account. Great and leaves me with no solution to our accounting problem!
