TransVirtual works well with Xero for basic invoice syncing, but deeper integration would really help. We’d like to see bi-directional payment status updates, and synced customer numbers and TV customer number auto generated, Sending statements directly from TV (instead of just Xero) would be more efficient, especially with job-level data. Also, enforcing Xero’s customer credit limits in TV would improve credit control. Great systems overall—just needs tighter integration to reduce manual work.

Xero and Transvirtual integration is really easy to setup and works well. It's useful the PDf invoice attached with the xero invoice and also the payments also marked in the Transvirtual. Its very useful feature.

Would be 5 stars if CSV export to Xero (not just PDFs) was available. It’s been on the roadmap for years, but still not delivered. Linking bills to subcontractors is also clunky, since only customer contacts are displayed. These friction points are frustrating but have become expected with TV.

there are so many things to improve, for example search can be any keyword but we have to enter exact wording. Setting : there are so many places to go to configure something, not centered in one place.

Would be 5 stars if you could export CSV's from Transvirtual to Xero in addition to the PDFs. Note this has been on Transvirtuals roadmap for years...

We're a few months in and we are very happy with the system so far. looking forward to utilising more of the functions as we get more familiar.
