And their power-features around renewals, bulk price changes, and pricing insights... that makes the service more than worthwhile. There are plenty of options out there for collecting fees from your clients. But at our scale, we've seen and tested many and when it really matters and you're going to blast out hundreds and hundreds of engagements, Ignition is the app you want in your corner. Oh, and I don't know what these other people are talking about re: support. Our support guy is--no exaggeration--the BEST tech support contact I've had for any product in 20+ years in business. I keep telling his boss to give him a raise because he's amazing.
