HI everyone, I am an AM to Xero user and have always been happy with how they work together.... except for one thing.... This AP Clearing Account, that never seems to balance out to $0. I have paid AM for support, I have tried to get support from Xero and I have even paid local accounting experts to try to help me, but still after many years, its still not right. Does anyone know of any AM to Xero experts that can help me? Thanks so much Kim West Indies Wear

We have been using Apparel Magic and its integration with Xero since June 2015, and the changes have been amazing! ApparelMagic has transformed our production systems. The clear and easy to use screens, combined with AM’s excellent support, even from New Zealand, we are very glad to have made the change to ApparelMagic. We also appreciate how ApparelMagic are continuously developing their systems, and can’t wait to use the new customised reporting feature. And having the integration with Xero, has given time back to our business. It has dramatically reduced the processing time for invoice updating across 2 systems. We have been an ApparelMagic user connected to Xero for just over two years now and we love it! AM has never has thrown up so much as an error and the connectivity to Xero has been rock solid. The fact that our teams can use the full functionality of AM for our customer database, ordering, production and invoicing and the finance team can do their thing in Xero keeps everything ‘clean'. Whilst we currently use the information flow from Apparel Magic to Xero we are now turning on the bi-directional to complete the process and take advantage of additional reporting functions! I have to say, the support from your AM team is not what we have come to expect from traditional help desks - it goes well beyond our expectations and they actually want to understand us at every turn as a AM partner and our unique needs.
