Thryv do not live up to their claims
I found that the Thryv system did not perform as promised. There were frequent outages, and the system was too slow to be effective. Additionally, we were initially told our plan would include five users, but after signing up, they reduced it to three and charged extra for additional users.
Be aware of the many hidden fees that come with this system. We ultimately stopped using it due to its poor functionality, but we were forced to continue paying around AU$685 per month for six months just to fulfil the contract—even though we weren’t using it.

Regarding the plan discrepancies you mentioned, we apologize for any miscommunication about the user count and additional charges you faced. Our plans are assigned a specific number of users with the option to purchase additional if needed.
