I have used other tools before and they were all very clunky. Astalty makes everything so easy and the updates and adjustments to changes within the NDIS happen so quickly that it really takes a lot of the stress out of it. I love the templates and how everything happens automatically; Referrals, enquiries, invoices, Xero, my website - it all integrates and saves me hours and hours that I can spend supporting participants. The customer service is quick to reply and always super helpful. I recommend Astalty to anyone wanting to run their business efficiently and I have used it both as an employee in a bigger company and now as an independent provider where I operate on my own. Astalty has been everything I had been looking for in an NDIS CRM for behaviour support services. The support is fast and amazing and very helpful. Whilst Astalty isn't 100% there, they strive to be and take feedback really well and I trust that new features will be available in the future based on my needs.
