I love it that the Astatly team are all about Support Coordination, no other distractions. There's no need to try and work around the program, it works for you. Excellent support, and regular free training sessions where support coordinators have free access, as part of their subscription, to the gurus for face to face question and answer time.

We are vey new to using this software but so far, the integration has been great. Customer service is amazing and the software is very user friendly.

The Astalty software is so easy to use and the work flow is great. The integration with Xero is flawless and it is a real time saver. Xero does not have a transaction date so it is easy to forget to add it manually to the invoice (NDIS requirement). Astalty fixes this by including the service date in the transaction line in Xero.

Astalty is a game changer for support coordinators. The integration between Astalty and Xero is fantastic, and it saves heaps of time. Very happy I made the change.

We have used other tools before in our Support Coordination and Specialist Nursing business, however none have worked as well as Astalty. The subscription cost is more than offset by the time and business savings we get by using Astalty. Fantastic software!

I have used other tools before and they were all very clunky. Astalty makes everything so easy and the updates and adjustments to changes within the NDIS happen so quickly that it really takes a lot of the stress out of it. I love the templates and how everything happens automatically; Referrals, enquiries, invoices, Xero, my website - it all integrates and saves me hours and hours that I can spend supporting participants. The customer service is quick to reply and always super helpful. I recommend Astalty to anyone wanting to run their business efficiently and I have used it both as an employee in a bigger company and now as an independent provider where I operate on my own.
