Using ServiceM8 has been the best move for our small family owned and operated business. It's user friendly and streamlines all aspects, such as scheduling jobs, drafting quotes, sending invoices, staff annual leave etc. Is also very easy to integrate with Xero. Highly recommend.

Just for Apple

Best app I've tried so far, but after I saw that it's only for Apple. I thought it was absurd, am I going to force my employees to have an Apple? It doesn't make any sense.

Surprisingly Flexible

ServiceM8 works well for our business as a simple CRM. While SM8 is geared more towards blue collar work, it works well in our work where we don't travel physically to see clients very often. It has helped us keep track of ongoing jobs and not let anything slip through the cracks.

After 6 months

A great system and it integrated with our business quite seamlessly. There are a few areas that could do with improvement like the forms and manpower reporting. Not being able to use it on Android is a pain and really needs sorting out.

Amazing Software!

Great software that has made our service business way more efficient and easy to manage. Can't recommend highly enough!
