Not the best system for Onsite Teams
The service is great. The actual software needs a huge improvement. Lots of double handling, not really designed for onsite teams (depending on your business). Documents arent' visable; you still need to download pdfs to attached to invoice entries in Xero. It won't upload contractors hours to Xero. The quoting emails do not have a default notation; Our onsite teams did not like the Mobile app, too confusing; No GPS attached to times; If you sign up for the full gig and you don't like it, they WON'T give you ANY money BACK!! NOTHING, NADA..... I Gave 2 stars because the staff were professional and easy to deal with.

Great software - growing pains when first acquired by Xero, but have since vastly improved. New features are exciting. Highly recommend

Great Technical Support
I've been using the WorkflowMax API version 2 to run custom reporting and automation and it's been excellent to use. Had a small issue arise from a change but WFM tech support helped me out super-fast. I am impressed.
