WFM2: Intuitive and Easy to Use

I find WFM2 straightforward for daily use, with a smooth workflow that makes it easy to learn. The time tracking feature is particularly useful for billable work, and the tutorial videos provide helpful guidance when needed. Its user-friendly design makes workforce management more efficient. I look forward to the scheduling functionality.

Improving all the Time - but there is a way to go yet

This is a replacement of my earlier 1 star review last year. We initially found many areas of the new product problematical (bugs) or incomplete - it was obvious that the help desk was completely swamped and issues were languishing for months. I have since found that the product is being improved all of the time and we are getting more issues resolved. There is definitely still a way to go towards a fully formed product and a responsive help desk but our experience of both has been improving and hopefully this will continue in this direction.

Total Lack of Support

I am used to being ignored, but BlueRock really takes it to the next level! We constantly have errors in exporting items, and if (IF!) they chose to reply to queries then the best we can get is "sorry". Usually it's not even that - we get an automated "we're experiencing a high number of emails" - no kidding! Cause this is buggy like a picnic on an anthill! It is too easy to chose 20% VAT on Income instead of 20% VAT on Expenses on a purchase order with dozens of lines on it - if just one is off, then the whole purchase order needs to be re-done. Not cool! Look, when it works, it works fine. But when it doesn't there is almost no way to repair it. Nobody is perfect, and expecting perfection from the sales staff is simply next level poor.

Getting There!

I was very skeptical that this program would ever be workable for our business after migration. It was a disaster to start and really hard to run our business. But the team have worked hard and it has improved every week. I find it functional with some new features (hopefully more to come) and the help desk team is now responsive and quick to answer. I'm really happy with how far it's come in 6 months and looking forward to further improvements. I'm confident that they will deliver a fabulous solution.

Almost destroyed our business

The platform wasn’t sending our client invoices despite showing it had. No emails to advise of the issue, just some stupid small banner on the site (which is always there so I take little notice of it). We had $100k of invoices not paid because of their error and on contacting them to request a refund to compensate for the extra overdraft interest and time incurred to have to manually follow every client up, they really couldn’t have cared less and refused our request for a refund. Disgraceful platform, you expect the critical basics like this to work.

Hi Lousie, We're really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been for your business. We did share updates through an alert banner with steps to check for any issues, but we regret that this wasn’t enough in your case. While our system sends out 100% of emails, sometimes they get blocked or filtered on the recipient’s end, which is unfortunately a little more out of our control. That said, we’re actively working with Microsoft and Google to improve email delivery and reduce the chances of messages landing in spam. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and our team will be reaching out to you personally to discuss this further and make sure we address all your concerns.

Just Not Good Enough

Lots of 5* reviews on here that don't look legit to me. Software is buggy, slow and in some ways 1998 quality. I'm a builder & I've been using WFM for 5 years, the improvements made with the changeover to WFM2 are minor and make little difference for me, but the amount of simple features that have disappeared make a big difference. Eg. I have about 300 PO's for a particular job, WFM2 lists them in a completely random order and there's no way to filter them, so if I need to find a particular PO I have to scroll through 300 lines to find it. If you think that's acceptable for 2025 software then jump on in, otherwise AVOID!
