Trade Trak's integration with Xero allows you to complete your quoting and invoicing in the field, with your invoices automatically transferred into Xero.
Once a invoice has been marked as paid in Xero, the status updates in Trade Trak -- so you can quickly see what clients have paid or not paid when out in the field without accessing Xero.
Trade Trak allows you to match existing clients or automatically create new clients in Xero.
Signing up for Trade Trak is free and only takes a couple of minutes - you can even do it using your Xero account and link the apps from the get go. When you sign up, you’re given 5 free job credits which you can use while testing out the app.
If you already have a Trade Trak account, you can head to the in-app Integrations Page and link Xero manually. Once your accounts are linked, the sync for your invoices, payments and clients will be automatic, so you can set and forget, and focus on getting your jobs done.
