Give it a go you won't be disappointed!

Great App, very easy to navigate with lots of help articles to read if having issues. So simple for customers to sign up and the automation for pre-approvals is perfect. The customer support is 100%.

Great integration with Xero. Features we like a lot: Easily trigger transition of a particular customer by just selecting a different Branding Theme when invoicing; onboarding tools; lots of thought given to "social engineering" ways to encourage customers to sign up for auto payments.

Super simple, well designed & great service

Its so easy to work with. Well designed platform, and always able to talk to the Pinch team if we have questions. As its well thought out, any of my team can use it and navigate with ease. They provide training and refreshers. Its above the other programs and service given out there.

We moved away from multiple systems - eWay for manual payments, Cloud Depot for automatic payments and a merchant account with a bank. Pinch Payments has saved us money, integrated more smoothly into Xero and simplified the process of setting up new customers. Only thing that would make it better is faster payouts (the bank paid us by 18:00 each day).

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Pinch Payments

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Pinch Payments in the Xero marketplace has compelled me to do so, and unfortunately, it's far from positive. From the outset, I found their system to be exceptionally difficult and user-unfriendly. This was a stark contrast to other payment solutions I've used in the past, such as Stripe and PayPal, which were far more intuitive and easy to navigate. The customer service, or rather the lack thereof, was the worst part of my experience. It was virtually non-existent, leaving me without support during critical moments. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial transactions. Moreover, I found their practices to be questionable and frankly, dishonest. There were instances where my funds were retained without any clear or justified reason. This kind of petty behavior is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about their trustworthiness and reliability as a payment processor. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Pinch Payments. There are numerous other payment options available in the Xero marketplace that are more straightforward, reliable, and have a much better track record of customer service and transparency.
