Fathom is a wonderful forecasting system to use. It's very easy to learn and start with simple forecasts, but also has the flexibility to build complex forecasts. I especially love the microforecasts feature and scenarios.

Extremely flexible and contains a super suite of standard reports. Some limitations to specific requirements. Support team are very responsive and excellent for detailed product knowledge and providing practical solutions. Highly recommended.

Clever tool to use and a very helpful support team!!

I've been using Fathom with 2 clients over the last few months and the customer service is fantastic. Response times are best in class (always within 15 minutes, most often a few minutes). They are solved every query and even recorded bespoke videos on how to do more complex tasks like SAAS subscriptions and deferred revenue. I'm very impressed.

Your support responsiveness is one of the things I like most about Fathom HQ. Many providers I have worked with are a bit of a nightmare when it comes to getting help. So whomever at Fathom HQ decided to be "customer first" - I would like to congratulate them !
