Reached out and submitted a request for information on the features of firmTrak through their website, got a reply requesting additional information which was provided and never heard from them after a few weeks. Submitted another request requesting for a demo and have yet to hear from them, and the submission was sent a few weeks ago. Not sure if they're overloaded with questions from other people or being blatantly ignored. New Review: Since then, firmTrak reached out quickly and we were able to set up a meeting to go over the features of firmTrak. The meeting went well, and they were thorough in explaining what firmTrak is and does for lawfirm clients. It is very diverse in how it keeps track of progress and productivity for each practice area of the firm and track progress and funds for each client individually. I'm leaving only 4 stars as I have yet to recommend firmTrak to a client. But I will keep firmTrak in the back pocket should a opportunity present itself.
