If I could leave negative star review I would!!

I signed up for a demo which was booked & confirmed with Kaleem Ulah. After 10 minutes of waiting to be let into the meeting room I sent an email following up Kaleem asking if he was attending only to get this response: "Our product is only for the Australian market at this stage and we will get back to you one it will be launched for New Zealand thanks" He couldn't even be bothered advising me of this prior to the meeting or even having the decency to let me know that the meeting would not be going ahead or that he had no intention of showing up. Total time waster!!!!

TERRRIBLE DO NOT USE

If I could give this company negative 5 stars, I would. I signed up for a trial a few months ago and their software set up dummy jobs and sent emails to some of my clients to complete tasks that didn't exist. I have contacted the company multiple times requesting assistance and asking them to delete the trial account, but I've never received a single response. Then today, completely out of the blue I receive an email saying "Welcome, thank you for signing up"!! This whole experience has been extremely concerning. I strongly recommend avoiding this company so that you don't experience what I have!

All in one solution for the Accounting firm

We have been using Synkli for the last few years in our practice. This app has changed the way we run our practice: improved Client engagement and an all-in-one app.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
