We implemented Worknice for our team of 200 in a matter of weeks, not months from a completely manual environment. Worknice puts onboarding, compliance, document and records management , leave management and performance into a mobile first solution. It now has insights and custom workflows built in. It takes us "literally" one minute to issue our onboarding packs to new employees (contracts, policies, all the usual onboarding docs) - our teams love using it and can also personalise their employee profiles as well. Support is awesome, and nothing is too much trouble. Always get updates from the WN team, and they have heaps of new features coming all the time. Honest, if i could give this 8 stars i would - has saved us so much time and headaches. Having also used Employment Hero (avoid) and ELMO (also avoid) this is the HRIS to choose.

Worknice is an absolutely brilliant platform. Not only does this HR platform streamline the onboarding process they allowed us to get all our compliance docs and expired certs in check. Not too mention how helpful the team is. With new features every week and a very clear road map and timeline - I really can't wait to continue to grow with such a great platform in the hands of such a capable team.

I've tried to streamline HR using all sorts of tools over my career. Worknice nails it - lots of flexibility to suit my needs while still being functional and simple to use
