We found the implementation a very straight forward process, and therefore achieved immediate time saving benefits using Remitclear. It has been especially useful allocating large pdf remittances received from hospitality customers where we provide multi-site servicing and invoicing which can mean >100 invoices paid on a single remittance. This now takes seconds rather than minutes/hours. The review and checking process, and ability to allocate overpayments properly so that bank lines can still be reconciled is very useful.

As a food business supplying supermarkets we receive payments covering up to 140 invoices at a time. Previously, we were manually reconciling these in Xero. Since using RemitClear, we've been able to automatically reconcile payments and remove manual errors - saving us a huge amount of admin work. We've been using Remitclear for reconciling invoices for a bit over a month now. I've found Jacob to be very responsive and helpful to any and all questions. RemitClear has been a great addition to our toolbox.
