As a small fencing business we’ve been looking around for some time trying to find a job management software that suits our needs. We were recommended Next Minute from a friend and haven’t looked back. I can’t speak highly enough of their service. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly attentive, ensuring we fully understand how to use the platform to its maximum potential. They’ve been thorough in walking us through every feature, and it’s clear they’re dedicated to making sure we’re comfortable with the system. One of the standout aspects of working with Next Minute is their responsiveness. Whether we have a quick question or need detailed support, they’re always available and quick to help. Shout out to Anna-Kate here! The platform itself is intuitive, and it’s clear that the team behind it has a strong understanding of industry requirements. They’ve tailored the system to fit the unique needs of businesses like ours, which has made managing jobs, schedules, and invoicing much more efficient. Great Product

We are fairly new to using Next Minute but so far we are extremely happy with it. The team are fantastic to deal with, super helpful and the setup was very easy.

Joining next minute was the tipping point for us and helped us not only implement a new system to scale our business but to also leave MYOB and join XERO, Best Decision ever.

Most useful and tailored tool

NM was easy to get into and use. Total control over your project budget, very useful reporting and team integration. Great product at a fair cost. Support is ongoing and part of the subscription, absolutely great!!

Nextminute and Xero

I'm still learning Nextminute but it has made our builders very happy - they have all the information they need for each job instead of it all being in my private email folders. The back costing is very detailed and easy to see where you have gone over your quote - especially if you use the quote sections to create tasks. The support is fantastic - as much training as you need. If you're just thinking about using next minute I would say go for it. As long as you keep asking for training until you learn how to use the system efficiently, you can't lose!

NextMinute has made my life much easier.

I've never worked alongside a more patient and helpful call center and the NextMinute program is very easy to transition your business to. I would highly recommend NextMinute to anyone looking to improve the way their business runs.
