I'm a reasonably new user to Bill Power and have implemented in my own practice prior to recommending to clients. I had a few initial teething issues, but with a little effort, they've been resolved and it is working fine. I'm now happy to recommend it to my clients and the Xero community as I feel with a little cross checking over the first month or two, you'll be quite happy with it too.

I started using BillPower and very happy. Every minor issue I have had, Aaron has sorted within minutes usually! It's easy for clients to pay, and I can pass on the transaction cost to client. It does this by auto creating a second invoice with them transaction fee. Mentioning it to all my clients as I have used PayPal Here, PayRightAway and other processors in the past. If you need to take payments on the spot in person, get PayRightAway as well as BillPower.

We recommended this to a client and are pleased that we did. It's working well: customers with small invoices are paying quickly. These are the invoices that are uneconomical to chase. The business to business bigger invoices are still being paid by transfer & saving the fees. It's been a great solution for our client & we would recommend it again.
