As an intermediary, Foodbyus conducts communications and customer service extremely well. The platform is easy enough to use and navigate, and it is constantly improving. It is usually the suppliers in their marketplace are what lets the website down (poorly managed product and stock lists, lack of communication). Nevertheless, Foodbyus is always connecting my business with more and more suppliers since I signed up for the service. The one thing that can be improved in this system is to find a solution for refunds (in instances of "stock/item" not available). Perhaps there is a better way to avoid the whole messy situation where customers pay upfront for an order they are unsure will be fully delivered. Foodbyus should also require suppliers to provide correct/efficient descriptions for stock especially when there is no image available for the item.

This App makes life so much easier for operators of a hospitality business. Integration with Xero is a major plus! Should have happened years ago.
