Main features of Booke and how they involve bookkeeping flow:

  • Advanced communication flow. There will be no more repetitive emails, phone calls, or chats. When a customer or accountant uses Booke, they are instantly alerted of new records and asked to fill them up. You can also ask questions through the app and receive replies in minutes.

  • For all clients, a single performance dashboard is available. There are no longer separate spreadsheets or papers; instead, there is a single dashboard that shows the status of each client's closing books and can be accessed from any internet-connected device.

  • Instead of physical labor, OCR AI is used for documents. Data are extracted directly from customer-supplied documents. The accountant will no longer be on the watch for missing bills or invoices, but will instead receive them all at once, filled out, reconciled, and ready to be uploaded to the accounting software.

  • Instant export to accounting application. All of Booke's data and updates are immediately exported to Xero. Manual labor is replaced by computerized work, benefiting both the customer and the accountant, as they do not need to rewrite them.

  • Task management. Both the accountant and the customer might assign tasks to each other and track their progress.

  • Files storage. Booke allows users to store files and view them from anywhere.

Booke AI + Xero

Booke AI integrates seamlessly with Xero, transferring all transaction and document data. Booke will automatically put a category and export uncategorized statements and line items to Xero based on the analytics. There is no need for additional training or setup with Booke's ready-to-use interface. Booke will begin processing your data as soon as you submit it from Xero.

Useful solution

This tool has saved me a ton of time, and my clients have also expressed their appreciation for it. They can just go into Booke and take care of it there, saving us from having to go back and forth via email to figure out the uncategorized transactions!

Very helpful

Most of our receipts are caught up front with our clients, but it has been incredibly liberating to be able to submit transactions to uncategorized (so we can finish our work) and catch up with them later when we don't get responses or information right away.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and well the system finds errors and flaws using the audit section. To do this manually we would have had to spend a lot of time, but in Booke it is done automatically.
