I've been using ShiftCare with Xero for almost a year now and it's pretty fantastic, it's very easy to use and it's been way better than my experiences with Brevity and VisualCare in the past. ShiftCare actively and regularly improves their software and integrations and I'm really excited to see what they do in the future. Ideally I'd love some great customisation options for how on-shift expenses and line items descriptions are imported into an invoice on Xero, but I'm sure it won't be far away!
