Rarely works

Unable to use the app most of the time as it simply won't allow you to log in. Not enough approval levels

Can't they afford to build a decent app?

It breaks so many UI/UX rules that I stopped counting. Great way to torture your users.

Hard work for the approver

Xero Expenses has many good features, however as an approver it is VERY annoying to have to go to the top of the list of expenses again (over and over again) after you approve each expense. Wouldn't it be more user friendly if it defaulted to the next expense entry in the list???? I have to work through 100's of expenses each month and this is tiring.

Needs to allow open API for Approvalmax to integrate with

I like Xero expenses however its only 1 person approval. We needs more approval levels. We need Xero to allow an open API to Approvalmax so that we can bring our workflow together into one place. Xero's refusal to allow this is unacceptable.

Unusable for multi-national businesses

Do you have anyone outside your primary currency that needs to file expenses? Then you need to mark expenses as paid one-by-one. That's right. Customer service and accountants confirmed there is no way around it.

Allow access to more than one company

You should allow us to toggle between different companies rather than have to log out from one company and then in to another company.

Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
