Same as it was a few years ago. Bloody terrible - Mobile app no log in. Circle jerks. Why does Xero add on useless rubbish which does not work & continue to increase prices for garbage. Greed will out!! Minor upgrade / Major price rise = Bye Bye Customers.

The text recognition is so poor I had to enter all fields manual 90% of the time. It was useless when uploading invoices with multiple line items, and the receipt capture was basic at best.

Unfortunately, Hubdoc is not working properly for those who have business claims with GST less than 10% of the total amount per bill (Partly GST). Additionally, the information capture is not adequate. Therefore, if your business needs to claim partial GST, Hubdoc may not be sufficient for your needs.

Very much f..ken poor service from Hubdoc. Got in contact with Hubdoc as some clients who were using Hubdoc could no longer access Hubdoc and were told to start brand new all over again. WTF is going on Hubdoc. Will be moving ALL clients over to more user friendly receipt scanning system.

better to do everything manually, l do not recommend, not working at all
