Agentive has become a dependable part of our day-to-day bookkeeping workflow. It has handled well over 100 separate tasks across a broad mix of clients, including weekly wages and pay run preparation, supplier bill entry, supplier statement reconciliation, BAS preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, super reconciliation, equipment finance amortisation schedules, and PDF-to-Excel conversions. It works directly with Xero and follows our house conventions, such as Australian English and client-specific coding rules. It also keeps notes on each client, so we don't have to re-explain the same details every time. Its review-first approach is a real strength. Bills are entered as drafts, changes are shown before they're made, and nothing is posted without approval, so I stay in control while the repetitive data entry and checking is done for me. The result is less manual keying, fewer errors slipping through, and more time for advisory work and client conversations. It completed a 3 year super reconciliation and , highlighted the discrepancy with seconds. Agentive now completes quarterly PLSA in minutes for an organisation with 40+ staff, this used to take me a couple of hours manually. Agentive takes hand written timesheets, turns them into an excel spreadsheet, applies the award and creates draft timesheets in Xero, ready for my review and approval. This payroll took the previous bookkeeper 'all day', it is simple review and approve process for me now. I export invoices from Dext and import them to Agentive, it enters details of all line items saving as draft, ready for my review. This program saves me hours each week.
