Mayday is the answer we've been looking for our 100+ entities recharging the cost at the end of each month. It was a stress release for month end task and minimise the errors we have recharging to the incorrect entities. The intercompany loan reconciliation is all done for you. I've been able to minimise our our month end from 5 days to 2 days, maybe even to 1 day when we are all familiarise with the system. The cost is worth it for company owning more than 20 entities. Wow! I'm so impressed with the AR/AP Balancer in particular - I really hadn't comprehended how much time my team wasted clicking back and forth between multiple Xero files or working in different Xero files at the same time with workarounds like incognito mode. Being able to easily and quickly tweak, see, and click through to multiple entities until there's perfection everywhere is great for the "OCD" accountant in me. I'm loving it. Mayday has become an indispensable part of our group accounting process.

We heard about Mayday through an email from dataSights, which we use and love as a business. The benefits of Mayday sounded great. We had a demo and everything looked brilliant. But I'll confess we weren't sure about Mayday when we signed up for the trial. The Intercompany entries process used to take us a lot of time each month and it was very robust. Balancer is an absolute god-send of a product. It's so easy to use. The intelligent matching is so so powerful and effective. We were particularly impressed with its ability to accurately match a single transaction in one intercompany code to multiple transactions in the other. And it does so with incredible accuracy. We absolutely love using Mayday. It saves us untold hours each month. It's such a well conceived and well executed product.
