I used Amaka to sync my Shopify invoices into Xero, and honestly, it’s been nothing but problems from day one. The syncing is unreliable. There are constant issues, and instead of saving time, it’s created more work. I’ve had invoices duplicated multiple times, which means I’m now manually going through everything to clean it up. That completely defeats the point of using a tool like this. Customer support is just as frustrating. They’re extremely difficult to get hold of, and when you finally do, you’re booking a call a week in advance for a 30-minute slot. For a paid service that’s supposed to streamline your accounting, that level of support is unacceptable. What’s most frustrating is the time it’s cost me. I would have been better off hiring a bookkeeper to do this properly from the start rather than dealing with the constant errors and manual fixes this app has created. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this to anyone serious about running a smooth accounting setup.

I emailed tech support to ask about integration with eBay UK and James Onate came back in less than 24 hours saying that Amaka now integrates with eBay UK and directed me accordingly. His email instructions were clear and friendly making experience great. Well done James and Amaka!

we have just moved over to square and getting square to integrate with xero through amaka was a little tricky but Yasi was patient and explained what i needed to do. All the historical data was sent accross and we are on track now

I've used Amaka for integration for years, whenever there's been a disruption or issue the Amaka team have been very helpful and patient as we sort through the issues. Highly recommend.
