A glitch, identified after another glitch was supposedly fixed, took ages to be identified and then resolved. Phone consults to resolve the issue need to be booked in advance and didnt fix the problem, which meanwhile is still running in the background. It was not until we were allocated Jacquelyn, who communicated with me via email and who took considerable care and ownership of the problem was it finally resolved. The 4 stars is for Amaka (the problem shouldnt have happened), but Jacquelyn resolving the issue deserves 10 stars.

Thank you to Yasi for fixing the issue I had. As I am not an accountant and have no clue how to fix some things in my xero, Yasi made it easy enough for me to follow the directions to fix my issue.
