Take the pain out of getting paid
In Xero, you can add online payment options to Xero invoices, meaning your business can accept payments by card, direct debit, and more. You can also automate invoices for regular customers, batch-send invoices and create automated email reminders to encourage faster payments.
Apps allow you to offer your customers more options to pay you and more ways to incentivise on-time invoice payments:
- Give customers more ways to pay with apps like Stripe and PayPal, which enable credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods.
- Set up automatic bank debits for customers with recurring invoices with apps like GoCardless.
- Automatically track late payments with apps like PaidNice and Statey, which can go further than Xero's invoice reminders with features like late fees, interest and prompt payment discounts.
