We have been using Microkeeper for 3 years now, and I'm always impressed by how simple each task in the software is. I particularly love the integration with Xero. In less than 30 seconds, all the data is sent to Xero and automatically coded to the correct accounts. Reconciling is an absolute breeze.

It has made keeping track of timesheets and processing payroll a lot quicker and easier. The face recognition for our staff to clock in and out makes it very simple and easy to use. Highly recommend

We have been utilising Microkeeper for a number of years now after migrating from Tanda after numerous issues and constant bugs. To date we have only had smooth processing of payroll and any slight hiccup has been promptly resolved via a quick call to the customer service team. The Microkeeper team are constantly rolling out new features and UI improvements that are consistantly easing the payroll process.

I've been using Microkeeper for my growing not for profit, with numerous departments, and rather quirky pay rate rules, etc. And Microkeeper has been such a time saver. What used to take me up to an hour with 8 employees now takes me less than 20 minutes with up to 19 employees with various rates, rules, timesheets, and such. I have also started playing with the Skills feature and see so much potential for our needs. Now to use the time I've saved to setup some Skills rules and save even more!

The integration to Xero is the best function! Once payroll is complete, I just click a button to upload the reports for PAYG. It is so easy to generate reports and pull required data.
