Great time saving product
I have used Dext for years in two different businesses. It helps reduce the time it takes to input data and is cheaper than paying someone to do the admin. It is generally quite accurate and I like that you can save settings which means when an invoice from the same supplier comes in again, Dext completes the fields with the pre saved settings saving even more time. I like the new Statements feature too and it works brilliantly with Xero.

Time Saving & Less Paperwork
We love Dext because our staff can now upload invoices and receipts immediately for authorising , saves time and paper (no more crumpled receipts or coffee soaked invoices). Since moving to Dext and Xero we have cut down our printing and filing by 75%.

Extremely Convenient App with Xero Integration
Using Dext has saved many hours of work. It does so much automatically and integrates directly with Xero, so once the receipts or invoices have been scanned and published in Dext, they show up immediately in Xero. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent software & Easy to use
Dext is very easy to use and allows all receipts etc to be scanned into Xero. Also good thing is that it checks with previous entries and stops any duplicates. I use this every time I have to upload anything into Xero. Highly recommended

Ahmed, glad the duplicate detection is doing its job before anything hits Xero, that kind of check is what saves a rescan down the line. Sounds like scanning receipts straight into Xero has become second nature for you already. If you haven't tried the Dextension for Xero yet, it lets you see your Dext data right inside Xero without switching tabs, which is worth a look given how often you're in there. No Prices listed that i can see anywhere
Looks like you have to subscribe and give access to your data before knowing the costs. If i am wrong, please contact me and i can amend this review.

Thanks for flagging this issue. Xero recently changed its billing system, which changed the way pricing is displayed. However, we had already fitted the starting price given some limitations around how this can be displayed.
That said, you don’t need to subscribe or start a free trial to find our pricing. If you go to our website, you’ll find the pricing for businesses and practices in the navigation bar. From there, you can customise the plan according to your needs.
